THE FILM
Gaia awakens to find a strange bramble bush in her forest, where her seedling child is planted. Fearing for the safety of her seed she journeys into the bramble bush to discover the destruction that her seed (Humanity) has caused to the planet. Grieving the devastation but refusing to abandon hope, she reclaims what remains, replanting the seed again amongst the destruction and trusting in the possibility of renewal.
The story reflects upon the cyclical nature of creation and destruction - It highlights humanities involvement in the destruction of our home (Earth) yet it promises that with change comes hope and renewal. Much like how we might worry about generations to come but all we can do as a species is hope and change by teaching our children a different way .

This film is going to evoke an ethereal, otherworldly visual aesthetic, taking parts of humanity into the natural world. We want you to see the impact an industrial world can have on these beautiful spaces in a stylised, experimental project. The look will be close to dark fantasy and slightly gothic costuming.
